That one Tuesday where I closed three deals back to back and then my laptop died
I had this insane day last month where I sold a commercial lease in Dearborn, a property management contract for a building in Troy, and a referral fee on a warehouse in Warren all within four hours... then my laptop just died right in the middle of emailing the final paperwork. My coffee shop wifi was acting up too and I had to drive all the way to the Southfield library to get those docs sent before 5pm. Has anyone else had a killer streak derailed by bad tech timing?

Man, ain't that always how it goes. You ever think maybe the universe punishes you for getting too greedy all at once? Like it’s some kind of cosmic throttle on success. I had a similar run a few years back where my car battery died right after I landed a big deal, had to flag down a stranger for a jump. Sometimes the tech timing is just a sign to slow down and enjoy the win instead of rushing to the next thing, you know?

Nah, you really believe the universe is out there micromanaging your bank account? That's giving way too much credit to some cosmic force. Your car battery died because it was old and you didn't replace it. Plain and simple. I've landed three big jobs in one month and nothing went wrong because I checked my equipment, kept my truck maintained, and didn't treat random problems like divine messages. Sometimes a dead battery is just a dead battery. You can call it a sign to slow down but that's just an excuse to stop pushing. The universe doesn't care about your wins or your losses.
