Hot take: I wasted $200 on a digital fabric printing service for a sample run

The colors came out completely washed out and the texture was wrong, so the whole batch was useless. I should have ordered a single swatch first to check their quality. Has anyone found a reliable printer for small design tests?

Ouch, that's brutal. I used to skip swatches too to save a few bucks. Learned the hard way just like you. Now I test every new printer with a tiny sample, no exceptions. It stings less than a whole wasted batch.
