inI finally saw how my loan covenants were killing my cash flow
Ugh, starting the waiver early is smart, but that fee cap idea is risky. Pushing for that can really annoy the lender's counsel. They might slow walk your request even more out of spite. Better to just ask for regular billing updates instead. That keeps things moving and you can still watch the costs.

inShowerthought: I had to pick between a $400 quick patch or a $2k full redo on my cracked driveway near UNM.
Bad ground" sounds a bit dramatic for a driveway crack. Most of the time it's just normal settling or weather changes. My parents' slab has had the same hairline crack for a decade and it hasn't gotten worse.

inWas doing a service call at a fancy office building downtown and saw a mouse just chilling in the break room like it owned the place.

inQuestion about a weird noise from a boiler in a Philly apartment building
Found a plastic dinosaur in a return vent last month. Kid must have been real upset when that thing got sucked up. Makes you wonder what else is hiding in there.

inI was reading comics wrong for like 15 years and didn't even know it
Found out I'd been ignoring the little numbers in the corner of panels for years. Turns out they're not just for show, they actually tell you the reading order. Felt like a total genius when I finally connected a fight scene correctly.
