inMy most awkward shoeing job involved a talkative toddler and a nervous mare
You think maybe the owner laughed because they were nervous too, not just being rude? Little kids learn by watching, and it can be a teachable moment if done safe. @bettyh84 has a point about it being risky, but sometimes people just handle stress weird. Gotta keep the kid back, but shutting it all down feels like a missed chance.

inOur recyclable packaging slip up almost hurt a sale
Watched my friend's Etsy shop get torn apart in reviews because they used bubble wrap. One customer posted a video unboxing and shaming the plastic, just like @taylor26 said. She panicked and swapped to corrugated cardboard sleeves overnight. Lost a bunch of orders but saved her brand long-term.

inPSA: Stirring risotto non-stop for half an hour is worth it for the creamy texture!
Actually see this with a lot of simple things. Good bread needs time to rise, a stew gets better the longer it simmers. The extra effort always shows in the final result.
