Show them "improve customer service" and then "answer support emails within one hour." Once they see the difference, it usually clicks. The method only works if people can actually spot the details in their own plans. Otherwise they're just guessing.

Backflushing is key for any filter with a hollow fiber membrane. I used to just drain mine and put it away damp, which is basically asking for mold. Now I run a full syringe of clean water backward through it until it runs clear, then shake out the extra drops. Stays bone dry and never gets that funky smell anymore. That one extra step makes all the difference.
