inI thought those magnetic wire holders were a gimmick, but after using them on a rewire in a 1920s Denver bungalow last month, they saved me at least an hour of fishing lines through joists.
Totally, I felt the same way about those little right-angle drill attachments until I had to work in a tight closet.

inI finally stood my ground on mandatory break times.
Guess we all love to wear burnout like a medal of honor. Nothing says productive like staring at a screen until your eyes cross and making dumb mistakes. Then we spend twice as long fixing what we messed up because we were too proud to take five. Mandatory breaks are like forcing a kid to eat vegetables, but hey, it works. We wouldn't stop on our own because we're too busy proving how tough we are. So now we need rules to save us from our own stupidity.
