My canned tuna turnaround after a lazy fridge raid

I always thought tuna from a can was boring and dry. Then I tossed it with some corn and a splash of hot sauce I had lying around. That simple mix totally changed the flavor. Now I see it as a handy base for easy lunches. No more skipping it just because it seemed plain.

In my experience, micellar water is great for most, but a client had dryness after using it. YMMV, any similar stories?
