I ran the math one time out of spite because a helper swore it was faster, and on a 40 footer with 30 or so holes you're looking at closer to 20 to 30 minutes once you count swapping bits, hauling the vac around, and dumping the canister twice. It's still worth it, no argument there, because callbacks eat way more than half an hour of your day. But the "10 minutes" part is what tricks guys into skipping it when they're behind schedule. Under promise on the time and the habit actually sticks.
